There are some underlying duct layout inconsistencies in my particular system but the valve issue was found and they are taking care of it. Aside from that, they really do have great service. All the techs have been thorough and pleasant. The owner, Henry, personally came out to look at my system after the ongoing issues and explained everything to me in an easy to understand way. It's clear now that I've chosen the right company to do business with. Last night, I was pissed because my system was having issues. Today, I feel confident that they found the problem and solution. Daniel came out to inspect and could not locate the leak, but could hear it. Suggesting a little bit of time for the leak to come to the surface, it finally showed itself on our lawn. Dillon came out and located the leak, repaired, tested and advised the system is now closed and no leaks evident. Daniel and Dillon are very conscientious and thorough in their work. He completed a new spring installation then ran safety checks on the door, sensors and drive chain tension then checked for compliance on how the electrical was set up to the garage door opener (making sure it was compliant so there would be no warranty issues, etc.) He went on to check the height of the wall mounted garage door opener. After that he gave us a can of lubricant and information on how to maintain the door hinges and parts near the rollers (stems?). Dan is a friendly and courteous professional and does an outstanding job representing Hollywood-Crawford. We are well pleased with the results.
