They were there the that evening and showed me what was wrong and I decided to go with a new system. I got a couple quotes from other companies, even though I have these guys service my units. They were over $1,000 cheaper than any other estimate and they could get it and start installing the very next morning. I went ahead and they replaced everything. They are firefighters that have the HVAC company on their days off. Great guys! You'll have to leave a message possibly, because they don't have an "office" where there is someone who answers calls. So it will be whoever is not on duty, and they may be out servicing someone else. But, they WILL call you back in a reasonable amount of time! I see a couple of negative reviews about timing and all.. I don't ever have a problem with them getting back to me and doing whatever they need to do. If they are at a customer's house servicing their equipment. They can't just stop in the middle of what they're doing and answer calls immediately. But they will call you back! And they will give you the same customer service as they did with the customer before me. Small company, great guys, and I can't recommend them enough!!

It all stated when I was working out of town in July and I received a phone call from my wife in a panic as the house was hot and A/C was not working. This was a bad thing and since we have an older house in downtown and we have upgraded everything except for the electrical and A/C I know it was going to come (just not when I was out of town). We first started calling random A/C companies to get quotes and then while talking to a friend who works for Carrier we got Tim's contact info and called them. We actually received 5 different quotations and Tim's was by far the best value. Other places were quoting the bottom of the line equipment, with Tim we were able to get almost the top of the line equipment for cheaper then most of the other places (because we were able to get a $1,000 rebate from the Manufacture). On the day of installation the crew did great work, Tim him self was actually at the house putting in the A/C. These people have a passion about what they do and were extremely concerned with their quality. I feel that I am very critical with construction since that is what I do for a profession and these guys have done a very good job especially considering they had to install the system in a house that was built in the 50's.

Our previous ducting was inadequate for a system of this caliber, so they replaced the old ductwork to ensure everything was sized and sealed perfectly. The difference in airflow and temperature consistency throughout the entire house is night and day. I have never lived in a house that does such a great job at keeping us comfortable; not too hot in the winter, nor too cold in the summer. Kyle and John were professional, meticulous, and clearly experts when it comes to high-efficiency Mitsubishi technology. They made a complex project feel easy and kept us informed every step of the way. Let me say the first on-site quote was for $1015, which came down $400 (after a call to the office) so $615. then I asked about a mold exam. That was free, but the first quote was $600, that came down to $200 as the best price. I passed on the mold. I was done; too much price movement caused a lack of trust. I am glad my vents are cleaner, but next time, I think I will try another company that does "true pricing."

We got several quotes at different reasonable ranges but only Nelson (the owner) truly impressed us. We arrived after the store was closed (due to Google having incorrect closing times) but Nelson opened back up and stayed for over an hour consulting with us. Never once did he rush us or imply that he had other things to do. And this was before we even agreed to be his clients! No one else showed that level of professionalism.
