But, in business when you speak the same first language and you ask for something repeatedly and you don't get it, that's no longer a miscommunication. It's the company saying basically, your business is not important. We tried to get an answer to a simple question which took more than a calendar week. And, now the promo code that was sent to us - which were told would be extended to us, in writing - is no longer being honored. I guess business is so good that you don't need repeat customers.
