I was sent updates throughout the time work was being done and had a good experience in terms of swift communication. I was going to get multiple quotes but due to the lack of timely communication from other contractors I went with Heartland! The bathroom was tiled and grouted it turned out even and Symmetric. Very pleased with how it turned out There was an opening between the bedroom and bathroom left over from the removal of a small closet. The new wall installed was finished to match the texturing of our bedroom! Lastly, we needed a new doorway cut out in our bedroom wall for a closet. The doorway is very nicely finished, clearly he took time on the installation. My only complaint is there was no threshold installed but as it is a closet door that's not a big deal. The thing I am most pleased about is there was some pre existing drywall damage in the bathroom. It was near where the new wall way getting installed. The damage was a 3" gap along the wall and ceiling. To my surprise that got repaired courtesy of Heartland. I was not expecting this to get repaired as it was not there during the initial quoting process. While getting a little extra drywall repaired may seem like something to be shrugged off, I think it attests to the overall character, and work quality that that Heartland offers. I would definitely call him again should I need any more work done!

On the day of the job, he called to let us know they were on the way and arrived on time. Adam had the right equipment and the crew did an outstanding job taking the trees down without damaging any of the surrounding landscape. Once the trees were down, they hand raked the entire area to remove all leaves and debris. They spend a huge amount of time grinding the stumps to ensure the stump and elevated roots were all removed. I can't say enough good things about this company. It was a rough experience. They don't come when they say they're coming. They reschedule the job on…read moreshort notice. They said they wouldn't tear up my yard. They tore it up and threw down a little grass seed. The yard needed dirt and leveled out to repair the damage. I now have a problem mowing the yard. I still have dead limbs falling out of a storm damaged tree that they were hired to take care of. They did a great job cutting and hauling away one larger tree. The customer service on the front end and back end of the job was so poor I cannot recommend their services.
