We received a bill in 2016 for services that were not approved or done, and today we received another bill for services (not done nor approved as we ARE NOT customers!! I called and talked with the manager in 2016 and he said he would take care of it. Obviously, their company is either shady or incompetent....perhaps both. When we were customers in 2014 we caught one of the service technicians only treating the front yard and yet we we were billed for the front and back. We are not the only people that have been billed by Signature even though there is no contract or present services being approved. My advice is to stay away from this company.

I arrived home after a 12hr shift to find an entire trunk was removed from my beautiful mature clump birch tree in the front yard. The trunks will not grow back because they are designed this way. The tree Was ruined and had to be replaced. It could not be replaced exactly in the same place because there was concern removing the roots could damage the homes foundation.
