Facts: 1. Called…read moreRory at Affordable Comfort to address blinking light issue. 2. Was advised that panel was overloaded and needed to be upgraded 3. Paid a significant sum to upgrade the panel 4. Next rainfall, rainwater entered through the conduit behind the panel. (I had no issues prior to; area was completely dry before Affordable worked on it). 5. Affordable advised they can't seal the conduit; it's not within the scope of work they do; I'll need to hire water proofers to dig up my garage concrete floor and seal it the conduit from the outside. 6. Lights are still blinking. Affordable indicated that it could be caused by anything, and addressing that issue is a separate service. 7. However, Rory always had some nonsensical excuse for all his oversights, mistakes, and corner-cutting, of which there were too many to list here. I hope this helps someone.

I worked with this guy, he's racist against "lazy Canadians" but not me... lol…read more He is environmentally irresponsible, all of his scrap air conditioners and heat pumps were left charged and dumped. He rarely fixed anything from what I saw, he'd just push the customer to replace everything and maximize his profit. Avoid unless you're Chinese then, maybe he won't f#^k you too hard.
