No response from Morrow to emails with concerns, was very disappointing. In 30+ yrs have never had an issue. However, I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth over this experience. On Call center was rude. Ordered 124.00 (total) arrangement 5/19 to be delivered to our home 5/20. Had no arrived by 5:25 pm. Called Florist in Morrow, no answer. Called again at 5:36. No answer. Called the after hours call center. Rep would not provide status of delivery unless I gave him my full credit card number. This seemed very odd, since he had all other pertinent details. I refused to provide him with my cc # in order to get an ETA. By the time our celebration was over, the flowers arrived. The driver was very professional and friendly. It will be quite some time before we consider resuming service with Morrow, since no consideration/ response. So disappointed.
