We had 3 trees that needed to be removed quickly before our fence installation. We gave DD Waste Removal a call and Ridell came out the next day to give us an estimate. Fair price and his crew did a great job. They removed all 3 trees and ground the stumps. We also had them trim back our largest tree and they did such a beautiful job, our neighbor came out to get their information. When we found out we had to level and re-sod our yard, we gave DD a call again and Ridell came through for us again! I would not waste time and energy with this company. They are NOT impeccable with their word. My experience: I requested a quote via Yelp and sent 3 pictures of trees to be trimmed. I got a response that he had to come out and look at the trees before giving me a quote. So they came to my house and gave me a quote. I agreed to it and was told they would come out the next day to do the job. The next day came and at 4:00 in the afternoon after receiving no phone call, I texted the guy and asked if they were coming. Due to a light rain they told me they would try but if not they would come out the next morning which is today. I waited and waited and they never showed up and never called. This is very unprofessional and total lack of respect!! So for all who reads these reviews go find yourself an honest company. Get a referral from a neighbor. Some of the trees were around a pool so they even put up a screen to ensure that the debris was clear of the water.
