First off, the team responded to my request for an estimate immediately. They came out to the house within a few days and were so reasonably priced we decided to get started right away. They removed all the landscaping in the front and side of the house and cut and trimmed the hedges in the entire posterior part of the property. They worked diligently and removed all the weeds and plants that didn't belong. They did an exceptional job (and cleaned up after themselves) and were done with everything from start to finish in 3 days. We paid half down payment prior to starting and didn't require the rest until they were done to our satisfaction. Any questions we had were answered expeditiously (by Jocelyn and Santiago, who were great!) and prior to starting they sent us mock-ups for approval. Best Sod installation company by far. I normally would not be questioning any price or any of that non sense. But these last couple of day have been nothing but a mess.. one thing after another with our property. Last week one of our plumbers made such a disaster on our front yard. I am not one to keep a lawn looking like crap so I did call around for some reasonable pricing. Every company I called was either a no show or their prices were way over inflated. So dumb of them to do that. I guess that's why some companies fail and go out of business. I would think repeat business is key but that is just my thought since I've owned business my self. So back to this awesome company by the name Majabe Property Maintenance. I called Majabe Property Maintenance and they were so friendly. I spoke to Santiago who I believe owns the company. He was so great, and did not give me the run around at all. That to me is the way to run a business. I immediately gave him the job to install the grass(Sod). Quick response time! They removed grass, weeds, old stone, debris, and bushes from our backyard, and installed weed barrier, edging, new stone, new bushes and pavers.
