Had great prices for items. But the staff is awful and inconsiderate. Also remember you can't take the cart out of the store so you have to carry all of your things out by hand and walk all the way around again to get the rest. They suck at customer care. read more

I went to look for sales on home decor. Selection is very minimal but every now and then a good deal presents itself. This store is a discount type of store and has many items on sale. Clothing sizes are inaccurate and vary so just be weary. If you are a large it looks like a medium and so forth. All in all they have items for the entire family. I'll definitely recommend it. read more

Hit or miss...never know what you'll find. That's the kind of store it is. My pets needed new beds. I spent $20. for two. Best deal around! I've also gotten some kitchen stuff and under garments-cheap. When I was a caregiver, got scrubs here. The store seems clean. Never had a bad experience with staff. read more

Gotta hand it to dd's for saving me some mad dollars on some home goods. I was at Bed Bath and Beyond mere moments before trekking over to dd's, and swear I found nearly the same comforter set WITHOUT sheets, for like four times the price. I ended up getting a King size comforter, sheets, pillow cases, decorative pillows and shams for $40! There were King size sheet sets (which actually felt really nice) for $12-14! Considering that I was about to purchase a set for almost $100 at B, B and B, I was thrilled. I wasn't looking for an amazing upgrade in the comforter and sheet department, I just wanted something temporary because my winter sheets were getting too hot and my spring/summer sheets from last year were getting worn down. This place totally did the trick. The towels and shower curtains and things like that were fantastic too. After having slept in the new sheet and comforter set, let me just say, it feels great and the savings feels even better! I also got a couple packages of ladies under garments which would have been double for a lower quality at Wal-Mart. I'm very impressed, and assume Ross is the head honcho behind this company, as the labels were all very similar. Still I think it had Ross' prices beat? Maybe I'm losing it. Whatever the case, you can find nearly anything here and I'd recommend price checking with this place before splurging at a more mainstream expensive store for similar items. read more

The worst experience ever... So I bought a pair of pants they happened to be to big so I went to exchange them for the exact same pair but the new pair was smaller the difference was the price the new pair was 12.99 and the ones I bought was 6.99 so I asked the manager why that is he says that it was priced wrong or something and tells me that he's going to have to charge me the 12.99 now and walks away. If it wasn't for the fact that I needed the pair of pants I would have cancelled the entire transaction very very poor customer service I will never shop there again read more

I had purchased some scrubs a day prior which were to big. Went the following night, maybe 20 min before they closed. Was the next one in line but only one register open while the manager and 2 other employees along with the guard were just standing by the doors to get everyone out. It literally took 7 min before it was my turn. I told the cashier all I wanted to do was an even exchange, that it wouldn't take me that long to run and get a smaller size. He just looked at me and continued to give me store credit not realizing that there is a no money back policy. I went and ran to grab a smaller size and just as I was grabbing then the store manager said to my son and I, I'm going to need you to start heading to the front of the store because we are now closed. We went to the front again back in line. When I was checking out I had asked the cashier, hun what time is it? She said it's 8:52. I said I thought so because that's the same time I had on my phone. As I was heading out the manager was just staring at us and I looked at her and said, The store hours are 9:30am-9:00pm. We Still have 8mins left, this girl had the nerve to tell me, " no the time is 9:00, we go by corporate time, would you like to look at the time?...I said, corporate time?!, you have to be kidding me, and I said back to her do we know that, where is the sign or anything stating closing time goes by corporate time for the public to see this. And she kept going on and on but I wasn't going to stand there and listen to her nonsense. Rude, very unprofessional, no customer service, non ethical. She needs to be set straight. The shift manager, Maria, lacks customer service skills as well as basic management knowledge. If I could give less stars I would. She refused to acknowledge that closing the Public restroom, during Public hours is illegal. Closing the bathrooms at 8 when the establishment closes at 9. There were many people in the store as well as many employees. When asked for the store manager info and corporate number, she refused to give either. When asked why they were closed, she said they were being "cleaned". Maybe she's not aware that you can view the bathrooms from the fitting room entrance- which was also "closed". read more

Terrible customer service. Rude to say the least. The clothes are junk and all apart when you wash them. On one visit the trash can I bought had already chewed gum hidden under the lid. During another visit the cashier completely ignored me and rang up 4 people in another lie who walked up after I was waiting. If you don't mind the employees following you around but not assisting you then this is a place you may find some cheap irregular socks. read more

This store has no respect for handicapped people. I took my handicapped mother there. She picked up few clothes and needed to try them on. The fitting room was totally empty but a non handicapped person prefered to use only the handicapped fitting room. After waiting for 30 minutes for the non handicapped individual, i finally asked the manager if she could kindly ask that person to free that handicapped fitting room so that an actual handicapped can use it. The manager said she could not do that. She said she rather have my handicapped mother wait for the handicapped fitting room while the non handicapped individual was using it. If you care for handicapped, if you know any handicapped and you think they deserve respect and consideration then you should not give dd's discount your money. #Handicappedpeooledeserverespectlikeeveryone else read more
