She was a breath of fresh air. She greeted me as soon as I entered her department and made me feel important! I never go out and had to find something to wear for my son's wedding. She made me feel at ease and helped me find the perfect outfit! Second wonderful person I met was Alex in shoes! Alex provided me with an outstanding customer experience in shoes. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and very patient! He's a great multi tasker waiting on several people at the same time. Both of these sales associates went above and beyond to help me and I hope they are recognized for their hard work!

I was so uncomfortable and in pain after trying more than a dozen bras. Then she rudely insisted they did have bras my size, and she intimated it was my fault because I didn't want the plain, ugly, huge, old lady bras. Why try to put a C into a G?! The reality is they only carry pretty bras in small sizes, and they have a negligale assortment of anything in a larger size. I'm 60; I know my bra size. I know I can have properly fitted AND pretty bras. Later that day I went home with EIGHT of them from another store who has a wider range of sizes, colors, and styles, and was NOT demeaning or insulting or blaming the customer for their shortcomings. Dillards lost a customer for life. It was the most humiliating, degrading, and frustrating experience I've ever had shopping. Whoever was working on Tuesday, May 12th around noon -- shame on you.

Last week we finically came back and took a look around. They currently had a promotion going on for purchasing a certain amount of suits. Different price points for different tiers of quality of suits. Richard was absolutely wonderful and helped my hubby find suits that were the right cut and size for him. He paid attention to detail and picked colors that my hubby had said he preferred. Hubby was able to find 3 suits he liked, 2 ties and a shirt and Richard hooked us up with some sweet deals as well. This is a consignment store, not a Goodwill so the prices are definitely going to be higher although they do have a color-coded system for sale items. Everything in here fits within a 5000 square-foot space and they have lots of furniture and clothing of course (mostly women's). They also have oddball items like hot wheels, comic books, and baseball cards. If you don't wanna pay that new furniture price, they definitely have a great assortment of couches, chairs, and tables for about half retail. Plenty of jewelry on display as well. They do have three dressing rooms, but no public bathroom.

What a pain to try and do business here. It was hardly worth the trip and I will not be back.

She said "I can't sell to you without a phone number" so I said "000-0000". She rolled her eyes and said "I can't input a fake number" so I replied "257-1234". She again said "I can't sell to you with a fake number. I really didn't know what to say so I said "ok" and walked out without my merchandise. Called the manager right after I left the store. He was very kind and polite. I described the situation and asked if that was their policy. He said that was certainly not the policy. He was great to talk to and I loved the two Hamilton purses that I purchased. Due to it's disorganized nature, shopping here is an all day experience in order to find those gems on the rack. They have GREAT discounts weekly and they hook you in for more shopping in the future by giving you Kohl's Cash which is also amazing. The quality of the clothing is good and they have sone well known celebrity designer brands--Vera Wang, Jennifer Lopez... The lines are usually long and there have only been 2 registers open at the area I was in at the times I have been here in the past. The cashiers are nice and always ask if I want to apply for a Kohl's credit card (which gives you an additional 30% off your purchase). I'm not in to department store credit cards, but if you do have you, there are events where you get additional savings on top of all the other discounts. My mother-in-law purchased a pair of capri pants and only ended up paying $4 for them. Seems like great savings to me.
