The first time when I came, spend some time finding the entrance and filling some forms, started 20 mins late, the stop time is still the same as I scheduled. They have bundle price. I bought 10 massages, and it's $10 cheaper than regular price each time.

If I had been clearly informed that coverage would not be approved, I would not have continued services. When I raised this concern, I was referred to the standard paperwork stating services "may not be covered" and directed to address the issue with my insurance company. I have canceled all future appointments. I recommend that patients independently confirm coverage with their insurance provider in writing before continuing treatment, even if the office indicates that billing issues will be resolved.
