We were put in touch with Martin Agazzi who tailored our excursion. We wired money and were emailed plane tickets, hotel vouchers, and everything we would possibly need. Tickets were sent to the Marriott as well. We took a taxi from the hotel to the airport. Once we got off our flight, we saw our driver with our name listed. He took us to our five star luxurious hotel, which was lovely. Marco and a driver picked us up with another couple for our tour of the Brazilian Falls in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Marco was very informative, knowledgeable, insightful, and personable. He guided us on shuttles, across trails, took wonderful photographs, handled passports, and made our day very memorable and special. Our second day was of the Argentina Falls. We were picked up at our hotel at 7:30. Carlos whisked us to the green trail above the falls to the blue trail below the falls us onto the jungle boat ride into the falls. His English & Spanish was superb. He kept track of all 14 of us, and our day was smooth and without an incident. We got to meet interesting, kind & wonderful new friends . Ten minutes after we were dropped off at the hotel, we were picked up and taken to the airport. Our overnight excursion to Iguazú Falls went without a hitch. It was seamless, easy and a pleasure. The staff of Raza Travel did a wonderful job of taking care of us when we don't speak the language nor know where we're going. We highly recommend Raza Travel!

BUENOS AIRES: Diego was our guide in BA. He met us inside the airport and escorted us to the Four Seasons in Buenos Aires about 30 minutes away. He was so energetic and enthusiastic, I knew we had a great guide. The next day Diego picked us up for a 4-hour tour of the city. We visited the mechanized flower sculpture Floralis Generica, drove through parts of the city, stopped at the Eva Peron monument, Recoleta cemetery, Al Ateneo bookstore (a former theater), Casa Rosada, Metropolitan church, and ended in Laboca, home of the tango dance. We made our own arrangements back to the hotel. A few days later Diego picked us up for transport to the airport. He even helped us check in and saw us off at security. What a great guy! Fun, informative and patient. Thanks a million, Diego! TIPS: Uber isn't legally allowed to operate in BA, but there were a few cars roaming around. The driver and I couldn't connect on one occasion, so we taxi'd it which was still cheap.
