We reached out to the Marriott Hotel in Buenos Aires because we wanted to visit the Igazu Falls while we were in Argentina. The concierge at the Marriott highly recommended Raza Travel. We were put in touch with Martin Agazzi who tailored our excursion.
We wired money and were emailed plane tickets, hotel vouchers, and everything we would possibly need. Tickets were sent to the Marriott as well. We took a taxi from the hotel to the airport. Once we got off our flight, we saw our driver with our name listed. He took us to our five star luxurious hotel, which was lovely.
Marco and a driver picked us up with another couple for our tour of the Brazilian Falls in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Marco was very informative, knowledgeable, insightful, and personable. He guided us on shuttles, across trails, took wonderful photographs, handled passports, and made our day very memorable and special.
Our second day was of the Argentina Falls. We were picked up at our hotel at 7:30. Carlos whisked us to the green trail above the falls to the blue trail below the falls us onto the jungle boat ride into the falls. His English & Spanish was superb. He kept track of all 14 of us, and our day was smooth and without an incident. We got to meet interesting, kind & wonderful new friends .
Ten minutes after we were dropped off at the hotel, we were picked up and taken to the airport.
Our overnight excursion to Iguazú Falls went without a hitch. It was seamless, easy and a pleasure. The staff of Raza Travel did a wonderful job of taking care of us when we don't speak the language nor know where we're going. We highly recommend Raza Travel! read more
