This place has got to have the most rude waitress that exists and that is really such a shame .... Today me and a friend ordered both a sandwich "Heksenvingers" and a cappuccino. A lady waitress with glasses and a (dark blonde) ponytail at first seemed friendly, but she turned out to be not very friendly and just plain rude. You would certainly not expect this kind of behavior from a waitress after the restaurants are just allowed to open because of the Corona restrictions. I was eating my sandwich when I pulled out a long blonde hair. My appetite was immediately gone. I kindly asked the lady waitress if she would take my plate away, as there was long blonde hair in my food. Her response was shocking and proved that she had absolutely no customer-friendly communication skills. She said with a self-righteous smuggled smile on her face, "That hair can never be one of ours, because our chef cook has no hair, so that is not possible..." and then simply continued with "are you really sure it's not just your own hair"? ... (And take in consideration that I have black hair ....) I really couldn't believe what I was hearing, because what an arrogance and lack of service. I really don't care much about the money for the ordered food, but I think that her attitude is really bad. This would be fun for a show with Gordon Ramsay! Then she asked if I wanted a drink. I ordered a coke. She took my plate and it turned out that the matter was settled for her. Not a shred of empathy towards me as a customer at all. The best part was that when I wanted to checkout, I had to pay the full price for a plate that was still more than half full. I hadn't even eaten half of everything. I asked the sniggering lady about this and her straight answer was: "Well listen, you ate half of it, so there is nothing you can do about it! You may be glad you get a cola from us, but that's it! And you have to pay for everything!" Since I didn't feel like a scene, I reluctantly paid the full punch for half a eaten sandwich, but I left feeling so badly treated. It would have been different if she had apologized or shown some understanding, but I got the impression that she saw me as the bad one here. I have learned "The customer is allways right." But this is not good for a business if they treat a customer like that. I think this is so awfull. The lady waittress of this restaurant has to apply for a communication training in customer service. What a horrible and disappointing experience. She just laughed at me in a condescending way and I left feeling horribly treated. I never expected that I have not to pay anything, but it would have been reasonable if she had suggested to me that I only have to pay half the price or something else then a stupid drink. Because I paid a lot of money. And maybe I would have decided that I would just pay the full amount, because the catering industry is in dire straits due to the Corona. What a lousy place! I will never return! And I advice everybody not to go to this place, where customers are taken for granted. read more
