As you enter the building there is an elevator to take you to the second floor if you are planning on seeing one of the doctors. Otherwise you will walk on in to the waiting area and there is someone at the desk to get your info and let your therapist know you have arrived. The waiting area is very clean and bright. They have a tv on for entertainment if you choose to watch it while you wait. There is a rest room there as well. I didn't have to wait long before my therapist called me back. This was my initial visit. They have several pieces of equipment in the main room and a few therapist had different patients that they were helping during my visit. If you want privacy this wouldn't be the place to go as everyone is in one big open room. There were maintenance men working up in the ceiling during my visit as well which I am sure cannot be avoided but did offer somewhat of a distraction. Christine was my therapist and she was very knowledgeable in my issue. She did some initial measurements and then applied heat so my muscles would be nice and warmed up for her to work on. I ended up getting some exercises to work on at home and she was very attentive in watching so I knew for sure what to do on my own. I'll be returning weekly for awhile so may be updating my review if necessary.

During my stay on the 2500 floor, the staff was extremely friendly and empathetic. The quality of care was wonderful. This hospital really knows how to treat patients. It's obvious they train their staff to see patients as a person, and not just a disease, condition, or work. Hence, why I just pulled all my teeth in my early 30's! Way cheaper and no more tooth pain! That's the only real way to go in my personal opinion! But if you like root anals, crowns which last MAX 10 years and then break off at the gum line, ultimately forcing you to get the tooth pulled anyway, just to flush thousands of dollars down the toilet going this way then just DO YOU!
