They never took my temperature, my blood pressure, took my pulse, nothing. When i got the bill it never stated exactly what i was paying for. It just said for "medical services" Absolutely Terrible. I had left a review on google, but the manager Stacy Thompson took that review down. I am assuming because she knows her employees were being unprofessional, rude and racist!! On 08/31/2026 a family member was seen at this location. 3 girls at the check in were being rude, racist and breaking HIPPA protocol right in front of us, and did not care that we could hear what they were saying. And continued to do so for the entire check in process. Once we were seated, after quite some time a nurse came out to get my daughter. Again extremely rude!! Once in the room she asked what she was there for. And proceed to explain she would have to fo the swabs to check for certain things. She them stepped out into the hall asking for names of doctors or NP'S. She them came back into the room saying she had no idea who she was working with or anyone's names, and that she couldn't find any doctors/NP'S names in the computer. Just acting crazy!! a NP....I think came back into the room and said she didn't have the results ans we would just have to check My Chart our selves to see thr results at another time because we would get the results before they would. On the way out....you guessed it...same 3 girls still talking about other patients and people in the facility loud enough that anyone could hear....and it was not good things..when we asked about a nite from the doctor they had no idea what was even going on. One of them finally got up and went to the back...came back with the paper and said....HERE!!! WE will never go back and neither is our family. I work for a company that sends our employees over several times per year when needed. I put a stop tonthat today also. I will be making calls and finding out what is going on at this location and why their manager Stacy took my review down without even asking or reaching out to me about what happened. Shame on you Deaconess Gateway Urgent Care. You need to train your check in dept. Better and maybe put them through a HIPPA laws class.

Lacresha,DNP stayed late to help me. The other staff basically acted like I was an inconvenience…read morebecause I came in close to close and several people were ahead of me but I can't tell you how her sweet voice, holding my hand, and not rushing me were the most comforting feeling. Sara was rude and and the other assistant acted like she just wanted to get out of there. I've never had a better experience with an urgent care! She took her time and was very thorough, more thorough than my own doctor. I was scared I would find care on Friday night but this office was truly the best. She fixed up my leg and even called to make sure I made it home safely. This is the only doctor I'll ever go back to. The office staff rolled their eyes and acted like I shouldn't be there late. You can't help when urgent things happen. Deaconess has a caring and loving NP which surprised me. Lacresha gave me patience and care and I even yelled at her for how long I had to wait but once she walked in to the room, I immediately realized why people come here. She is the best. I will not go to anyone but her from now on. They do need to get nicer nurses and people who check us in because they were rude. Thank you Lacresha. I wish you were my regular doctor.
