I went to the doctors and it was infected and had to take a course of antibiotics. Now the tattoo is healed its patchy and wonky and the colors are completely different from what i chose. I went in to talk to them about it and they said it wasnt infected and doctors do not know what they are talking about. they also said if i wanted it cleaned up i would have to pay. I went to look at it today, and wasn't sure about the orange so asked if I could take it with me to consider. They said NO. No sensible explanation, just that it was "their policy" I explained that it was MY artwork. The woman, Kirsty was dismissive and impolite. I decided I do not want to be tattooed by an organisation which is rude and disrespectful, and also stupid (of course I am entitled to take away my OWN artwork). What on earth were they afraid of? It is PATHETIC. I rang back to politely ask for a refund, as I do not want to do something that will be with me for the rest of my life to be an unpleasant and negative experience. A man told me to Fuck Off. Can you believe that? I was incredibly polite about it, but didn't even get as far as explaining why I wanted to cancel the appointment. Don't even go there.

They are really nice and the prices are reasonable. Would recommend. Are close to hanley shopping centre. You don't always need to book an appointment either, they are small but really nice. Inside looks a little scary but they are all really nice and have a really good skill of drawing.
