He took an order of mine on a Thursday evening and said there was no way the sign could be ready for at least 3 weeks. On Friday morning I called to cancel the order but he's closed on Fridays. So he returned my call on Monday morning and informed me that the sign had already been made and that I was going to have to pay for it regardless. I was out of town and could not check out whether the sign had actually been made. However, he agreed to shoot me an email showing that it was made but he never did! His son, Darren, is no better. I ordered a sign to be installed on the existing posts. When they came to install the sign, the installer had new posts ready to install it. I informed the installer that no new posts were needed. He called Darren on the phone and all he reduced the price by was $30, which was the cost of the posts, but not the cost of the labor. What a rip off these guys are! NEVER AGAIN will I use them for a sign. I will contact someone from out of state before I contact them. Do yourself a favor and place your order with another company, not with these strong- arm guys who take advantage of other business owners! The only reason I gave them one star is because there is no way to rate them a negative number!

I am starting an outdoor company and need decals and to get my truck wrapped. Everything I've ordered has been on point and has been good quality work. The staff is very professional and have a lot of patience (you have to have patience to deal with me-that's fact)! They are in the process of wrapping my truck and have experienced some obstacles with some equipment and have been very informative of what they are up against and that says a lot for them! I'm quite sure that with the pride they have in their work that my truck will be above expectation and I will continue to use them for all of my graphic needs! Give Darren, Deborah or Kim a call and you won't regret it! It's hard to find people who take pride in their work anymore but I can assure you that these people do! Jury duty! No one…read moregets excited about jury duty right? Wrong. I was actually excited about my first ever jury duty subpoena. Having only been to this courthouse once before, I was glad to actually get a chance to walk around. There was nice artwork done by local artists on the walls. It must be nice to relax and stare at the art on the way to trial. The courthouse is three levels. Various parish offices utilize this building as well as criminal and civil courtrooms. Although the building is nice, there are a couple of issues. The main issue is the lack of available parking. When you report for jury duty at 9, there are very few places to park. I was told a parking garage is planned, but as of now, I was forced to park in a muddy field. The other issue is the lack of wi-fi. When serving jury duty, there is a lot of waiting around. Wi-fi would make the time go by. While I wouldn't recommend going to trial here, it is a good place to serve on jury duty.

He was here maybe 30 minutes and told me that I'd have to select the size on each and every doc in a 200 page file. When I told him that it had worked properly for the past 5 years with no issue, he said that I was being combative. I paid him his fee.... For doing absolutely NOTHING, except insulting me and my intelligence. As it turns out, I fixed the issue myself. The problem was that even though the adobe acrobat reader icon was on my computer screen, it was just an inoperable shortcut. Somehow, it had been deleted from my computer. After redownloading adobe acrobat reader, it now prints files on the correct size docs. if Phillip did not know how to repair/fix the issue, he should NOT have accepted the job and wasted his time nor my time, but most importantly my money for doing nothing and being arrogant, obnoxious, and insulting! since you are the computer expert, why then did you not even offer to look at the computer??? Also, it was working properly up until approximately one month ago, not 5 years ago. You apparently didn't hear that either.
