Made an appointment 3weeks ahead of time with Beka. Showed her what l wanted, and she said she liked it and we set it up. Fast forward three weeks I show up to a totally different drawing, not even same style. She said if l didn't want to do it her way find another artist. I took PTO from work to get this done. She could have showed it to me ahead of same day knowing how much she changed it. Basically telling me she doesn't like what l wanted now... She liked it was in to doing it and then day of, was not. This was my first tattoo. I walked in with my niece who has several tattoos but we were able to get in to see Barry by coming back a few hours later. We are so happy he was available. He could not have been more patient, gentle, helpful--with great suggestions and guidance. My niece mentioned several times that she wished Barry had done all of her tattoos. We appreciate his work so much and both hope to return. Thank you so much to Barry and Deaf Dog especially for being so good to a first-timer. read more

Everyone that works here is amazing kind and accommodating. We ended up doing a walk in appointment with 6 people. The staff helped us draw tattoos as a tribute to our grandmother and make sure everyone was happy with their design. I highly recommend working with this staff. read more

If I could give this a 0, I would. They close at 6pm on Sundays. My friend called the day before asking if she could come in around 5:30, they said yes. We came in on Sunday at 5:25 for all of the employees to be sitting in the waiting room doing NOTHING. We asked for a tattoo the size of 2 dimes, nothing huge or extravagant. They said they were closing soon and would have to REOPEN a spot. Go when the artists ACTUALLY want to work. read more

BEWARE!!! Made an appointment for a consultation as we were told that was required to make an appointment so we drove 30 minutes to do so and emailed the pictures as asked and watched the tattoo artist add them into his iPad. He even wrote on them appt 4/2. Showed him the two different combinations of what I was wanting and he stated he would come up with something to combine both. We were told we just needed to make a $50 deposit which was done and left. I texted the tattoo artist a week before the appointment to ask if he had a round about idea of cost and was told no so i was a little concerned with this response but was like oh well. We showed up for our appointment and was told that there was a $100 minimum which was never stated at the consultation. That really would have been okay however the guy some how "lost" the pictures that were sent and since I watched him save the photos I did not save them. The artist was rude and responded with what is the problem. My problem was the poor customer service we received and how unprepared he was and his lack of care even. No I'm sorry I must have deleted them or anything. What he did say was in a very condescending tone "It's an arrow. A line with a triangle!" At this point I was pissed as it wasn't just a basics arrow and he was given two separate photos and he said he would combine the two together. At this point none of us felt we wanted to have this rude person doing anything on us and said you know what we'll just go somewhere else and asked for our $50 deposit back. He then said it was non-refundable.....again that was not said at the time of the consultation nor was anything signed to prove that we were even told this. Needless to say I don't care how good of a tattoo artist these people are they were rude and extremely unprofessional. That alone I would never recommend this business! They should be reported to the BBB but they don't even deserve any more of our time. STAY AWAY!!! read more

I have had one tattoo done by Jason O. I knew him from another tattoo shop, he did amazing, I had the same artist at the previous tattoo shop but he moved out of state. I should have gone to Jason earlier. He is so precise and friendly. The shop is so clean and welcoming. The staff is also so super sweet as well as Jason to my autistic son. Jason put my son's favorite games music on and made him feel at home for his first tattoo and now he is addicted and loves Jason O like a brother. Love this place read more

Everyone is very professional and personal. I see Mel and every piercing I've gotten from her was perfect and never gave me issue. I've also gotten a badly done tattoo (by another shop) fixed and now it looks sharp and amazing, I will continue to go to her not only for her work but she's a beautiful soul. read more

It took a couple weeks for someone to even get with me about starting a sleeve. I was referred by a friend that sees one of the artist and it looks great, but my appointment has now been canceled two times. On to another shop that cares about customers and that actually wants business. read more

I gave two stars cas I didn't get a tattoo. Service is short and little rude. the girl I talked too basically said she wasn't sure if it could be done. Carmie did a tattoo for my bestfriend and I a few months ago and we still love it. I've sent her friends of mine and they also love their tattoos they have gotten. She does excellent work, personal and professional. She will give you her personal number and text you dates and times and ideas. Getting another tattoo from her this week for a cover up.
