Super grateful for the folks at 13 roses. The ease of scheduling and attention to detail were great. I reached put, got some designs made, and got scheduled all within a week. Which, seemed fast because I know when my partner got their first tattoo it took over 2 months from design to schedule. The interior is dope. They have plenty of tvs playing movies to keep you entertained. Additionally, the decor is great. Lots of contemporary, playful artwork that meshes well. Heather was my artist and she was amazing. The attention to detail is superb and she whipped up exactly what I was looking for. She got me in and out super quick while delivering an impeccable product. I opened up about how I was visiting from Texas for Eating Disorder Recovery, and She made My friend and I very comfortable. We laughed all throughout and had such an amazing experience. Came here for a tattoo this last weekend and it was a great experience. I emailed and reached out about booking an appointment with Kam and they got back to me very quickly with an appointment the next week. It is big inside and they have multiples TVs to keep you occupied. It was extremely clean and it was nice to see how focused everyone was on their work. They gave me a tattoo take home aftercare sheet which I thought was awesome. Kam did amazing! I gave him a reference picture and he went above and beyond with the shading and trying to make it look the most natural. He kept checking in on me to see how I was doing. She's going to kill me because I'm doing this like a year later and I'm sorry but SAMANTHA is fucking AMAZING!!!! I love her she's very professional, clean and fast. I had lost one of the balls to my septum she pierced for me, she gave it to me on the house twice lol but it didn't hurt when I got it done, she did it just how I wanted, hardly no pain. She easy to talk to and friendly. The staff is super chill, they get to you in a timely fashion. I noticed two of my ear lobe holes had closed after dozens of years being pierced. I walked into Thirteen Roses and they were able to help immediately. One ear they were able to reopen the hole without repiercing (making it much cheaper), and the other needed repiercing. The staff was all fantastic, facility was very clean and upbeat, and prices reasonable. I would definitely consider going back there for my next tattoo or any piercing needs. The lobby also had some fun games to play while you waited if there was a line. read more

This shop is top notch. I have been a repeat customer here because of the quality of talent and professionalism this shop has from both artists I have dealt with. (PJ and Matt) Shop is very clean and safe, every session both artists did proper precautions for both their safety and mine. Each artist took input from my reference photo(s) and asked how I wanted certain things (placement, size etc), while I still let both of them use their own artistic flare. Each session had a deposit which comes out of the end price on the final session of the tattoo. Rates are fair for the quality of work. (In my personal opinion) You get what you pay for. Just over two years ago, I started following Matt and Thirteen Roses online while deciding how to move forward with my first tattoo project. I am in the process of finishing my second arm sleeve from shoulder to wrist - 10 sessions in. Matt has done all of my work, and his calm demeanor puts me at ease and did from the very beginning. He finds the balance between taking my ideas and also integrating his own while both validating my thoughts and guiding me to understand what will work best in the form of a tattoo. I am equally impressed as I watch the other artists at Thirteen Roses. To me, they all appear top notch. I am extremely happy with all aspects of my experiences here. I love the brightness and esthetic of the shop; you can tell that everything is very clean. There is structure and organization that makes me feel comfortable. The vibe of the staff and the shop as a whole is both professional and laid back to the point of putting customers at ease. Each time I am there I see new customers seeing their first tattoo and experienced clients who have spent quite a bit of time under the needle. The artists also take their work very seriously. Televisions stream various movies from the 1980s and 90s; this pleasantly distracts from the process of pain. There is a lot of interesting art displayed in the shop; that is inspiring to look at. I got my first tattoo here two days ago. I was so nervous going into it but I would not change anything about my experience. The staff is so chill, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. It is so clean in there and has a really cool vibe with incredible art work all around the shop. I had a great experience here today. I looked for a nearby tattoo shop with good reviews and quality work in their portfolios. Quickly found Thirteen Roses and went there hoping to get a tattoo as a walk-in. To my surprise, the owner of the shop, Matt, was available to tattoo walk-ins.
