Removed a gate and part of my fence to remove the heavy wood from the tree. They only cleaned up part of my back yard. When they started to put my fence back up I told them to make sure they did leave any spaces as I had a dog that was deaf. My fence was next on my list to have replaced but it was keeping my dog in until they left gaps in the side and I caught her just as she was going out. The next day when I took her out. They told me they would come back and clean my yard up. As it was it took almost a week to come pick up there boards they put down for the bobcat. They left my front yard a mess also. Never came back to clean up after many texts and phone calls. Sprung on me the time to pay that they charged extra for credit card charges. Go find another company. They don't finish the job. He also responded in an unprofessional manner, calling other plumbers "stupid" instead of addressing my concerns. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I simply wanted the work evaluated and corrected if necessary. Unfortunately, customer service and accountability were lacking. As I write this, it's raining ... and water is gushing over the edge. That never happened with my old system. I'm now forced to hire a reputable installer to start over. Despite repeated assurances, the manager never came to assess the work himself ... only sent different crew members, none of whom resolved the issues.
