Service was great the first time around. After my service that day I asked Madison in person how much 2 windows on my outback would be (driver & passenger) and she verbally quoted me about $150. The second time around, I was going to book for my Subaru and received a text from Catherine saying that a $20 deposit is required to set an appt to which replied "interesting, I just had my other car 2 weeks ago and didn't have to pay a deposit. She responded with "you don't need to worry about the deposit"... seemed sketchy this time around so I decided to car take my car elsewhere. Took my truck in for a window tint (20% front 5%) got to the shop and was told that they didn't have 20% tint in stock but I could do 15 or 25% tint, I chose to go with the 25% tint on the front and then 5% on the back, took them a few hours to do, went and picked up the truck and looked good, I didn't really do a huge inspection but looked really well done, once I got home I started to really look at the tint and it just doesn't seem to be the 5% that I asked for. I'm not saying that they didn't do it but to me (an untrained person) seems to be lighter, as I can stand behind my truck and look all the way through it, but with 5% you shouldn't be able to do that. The cost was a great price but might have to go back and see if they can explain this to me.. Couldn't recommend this place enough. I called on Tuesday to see if I can get an appointment for that Saturday and was able to. Setting an appointment was so quick and checking in was so seamless when I arrived. Customer service was on point from scheduling to departure! The ladies at the front desk were super nice and helpful, as well as very informative. I expected tinting to take 3-4 hours but it was complete in just under 2.5. So fast! I was very satisfied with there customer service, I got the Pinnacle Ceramic Tint on my 2023 Chevy EUV! Expecting a 2 hour wait, it was done in one hour because they put and additional worker on it.
