Took my truck in for a window tint (20% front 5%) got to the shop and was told that they didn't have 20% tint in stock but I could do 15 or 25% tint, I chose to go with the 25% tint on the front and then 5% on the back, took them a few hours to do, went and picked up the truck and looked good, I didn't really do a huge inspection but looked really well done, once I got home I started to really look at the tint and it just doesn't seem to be the 5% that I asked for. I'm not saying that they didn't do it but to me (an untrained person) seems to be lighter, as I can stand behind my truck and look all the way through it, but with 5% you shouldn't be able to do that. The cost was a great price but might have to go back and see if they can explain this to me.. Would I recommend this place, absolutely, they did my other truck back in 2017/18 without any issues, I'm just questioning this one ***update*** The company just called me and it seems I was incorrect and again I'm not a trained professional but I was informed more about tinting, these people are absolutely amazing and I thank them for educating me more about the tint world. Couldn't recommend this place enough. I called on Tuesday to see if I can get an appointment for that Saturday and was able to. Setting an appointment was so quick and checking in was so seamless when I arrived. Customer service was on point from scheduling to departure! The ladies at the front desk were super nice and helpful, as well as very informative. I expected tinting to take 3-4 hours but it was complete in just under 2.5. So fast! This place is by far the most expensive place I've had a car tinted at, but the premium I paid does not translate to a better experience. I specifically quoted for 35% Pinnacle over e-mail, but when I got there, they strongly pushed going with a darker shade. They said that you could "barely see" 35% and that the vehicle's gray interior would make it look even lighter. They showed me swatches of the various tint shades. I trusted their advice and went with the next darker shade to the legal limit, but be warned that seeing the swatches in isolation against a bright background absolutely does not accurately show how dark the tint actually is when installed. The tint is noticeably darker than my other car, which was tinted to Florida legal limits. It makes it harder to see out of at night, particularly those cars around here without lights on. I contacted them the same day but the only solution they offered was to pay for another full-price tint job - $440.74 with tax, so $881.48 total. They would waive a $200 fee for removing the old tint, which is still wet and I could have done myself. There were several rounds of phone calls with the manager who spoke with the owner, but this is all they would do. If they had done my request no questions asked, it would be 100% on me to pay full price for a retinting. But pushing darker tints and then basically refusing to take any responsibility when the result wasn't as described is terrible customer service. 11/13/24 edit: In response to Madison's comment below, 30% is not light. I only found this after the fact, but Llumar's website lists a VLT range of 5-35% as dark, 35-65% as medium, and 65-95% as light (https://llumar.com/na/en/automotive/window-film-ppf-viewer/). It's darker than the privacy glass on my RAV4 side-by-side. I expressed to her that I was trying to stay within legal limits because I was not sure how long I was going to be working in Washington. You did not suggest 30%, in fact you said the most common tint you do is 15%, which I found out later is illegal in 49 states including Washington. While waiting for my tint, I overheard you advise other customers that 'cops here don't pull you over for illegal tint'. Not everyone wants a blackout look, but to push that on every customer (including the person after me who also asked for 35% but was convinced to go darker) and then not taking responsibility when the customer is unhappy with the result shows a lack of integrity. You misrepresented that I would be able to 'barely see' the 35% I asked for. read more

By far the best professional tinting place I've gone too! For starters such a easy process to book an appointment you can either email them or give them a call. They respond fast. Getting there you are welcomed by friendly reception that helps you choose the level of darkness for your tint & the quality type of the tint. I paid for the second best option, 15% all around. I paid about $300 plus for a 03 Honda Ep3. Which is fairly reasonable! I waited almost two hours in their organized and cute lobby, instead of four! They truly do work magic on your car , because once they were done the tint look FANTASTIC! And yes they accept card or cash if you're wondering.
