I had to pay for a banner tint removal on my windshield for an extra cost of $40!!!. If I didn't, he would opted to overlay the new tint on top of the banner. So be advised. All in all I'm a supporter of small businesses, even though I found scratches on my leather seat and steering wheel from the tools he was using and utility belt. So a few things you should know... the address is correct, but you're basically driving up to a huge warehouse. Apparently, the parking lot in the very front is where you'll want to park. You go into the door on the side. Once you get in, they have a bunch of services available. it's not just tinting. The guy was super friendly, but given that my car already had factory tint on my car, I wasn't able to get what I wanted. I was originally quoted $220 for all five windows, but ended up paying $110 for two windows. I was a little annoyed since I was quoted less than that at other places but I already made the drive to Tacoma so I didn't want to keep coming back and forth. From what I can tell, he did a good job. He even put a sticker on the buttons in my car to remind me not to roll down the window while the tint cured. Also, this was the first time I tinted my windows, so if you're a newb like me, you should also know that the higher the number in tint, the lighter it is. The WA state limit is 24%. I ended up get 25% in the front since my factory tint was already at 24%. The tint they provide at this office only comes in increments of 5% --- not sure if that's standard but it's something worth mentioning! read more

My daughter and I dropped off her 2010 Acura to have the windows tinted. She had an appointment for 10:00 am and advised the vehicle would be available for pick up at 3:00 pm. Since it was my daughter's birthday, I made a hair appointment for her at 4:00 pm. She called M &H around 3:00 pm and was told there was some type of an emergency and someone at the company needed to drive to Olympia so they didn't start working on her car until 3:00 pm. NO call was made to inform us of this issue, Her 4:00 pm had to be canceled because I'm a police Sgt at a local agency and I couldn't drive her to the appointment as I had to be at work. She had to Uber to pick up her car and the owner "Abdul" charged her full price. I am out $495.00 for the tinting, $200.00 for hair appointment she didn't get, and $35.00 for an Uber. She asked Abdul to take off the $200.00 which is only the right thing to do, but he refused. Shame on him for taking advantage of a young black woman! LE, FF, and first responders, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. There is a good place in Des Moines you can go to instead. read more

I had a wonderful experience getting my 2016 Kia Optima's windows tinted. Abdoul was super responsive, friendly and professional. I contacted him for a quote and was able to get an appointment for the next morning. The price for my entire vehicle to be tinted was a lot better than what I was being quoted at other shops in Tacoma and the quality is high (I did a 15% tint for reference. Yes I am aware this percentage is "technically" illegal in WA & no I don't care.) You will find most, if not all of the reviews for vehicle window tinting. They also do residential. There site is a little confusing on this point, so recommend going straight to the contact form vs "scheduling". The scheduling is set up for the auto side. Anyway, I would give Abdul 10 stars if I could. The final result was amazing. I had to leave out of town the day he was coming to to do the windows, so my mother was there. In today's world it is always a little scary letting anyone into your home. However, with all of the positive reviews, and having spoken with Abdul on the phone, I was pretty confident we were in good hands. My mom is often put off by people, and she loved Abdul. Said he was delightful and she was very comfortable having him in our home. It is pretty simple. I had 2 huge plate glass, single pane windows (home built 1932) done. The difference in temp is incredible, and they look amazing. Quality work, excellent service and reasonable price - no brainer! Cannot recommend them enough. read more
