Gabriel was…read morethe agent that helped me and he was going to get me the milewise plan because I don't live far from work and it would save me money. He was friendly to get me started then forgot to add some things like as soon as I received the devices I had a time frame to put them in my car. I went out of town and came back and had a balance of being charged for driving 40 miles away. It wasn't my fault that he didn't tell me that and he even admitted it was his fault and we will get it all figured out. My family was in town so I figured while Gabriel is taking care of that I'll just take advantage of my family being in town and not drive my car. Fast forward an underwriter named Chris reached out to me and I reached back out to him, left him voice messages to let him know when I was able to talk since he had caught me in a busy day. Never heard from him. Gabriel said that Chris was out of town so I figured okay I'll wait until he's back in town and never heard from them. They canceled my policy that I never was able to use and they didn't give me an explanation there was a balance of $170 that I had to pay to get it back while they figured out why I was charged for not driving. Turns out that I paid that extra $170 on top of the deposit of $196 and it's still cancelled. They took my money and it's such a scam. I don't recommend them to anyone and will make sure no one falls for what I did. They took my money and no one ever called me. Gabriel got what he wanted and now I have to take time out of my day to shop for another insurance. Gabriel is nice to get you with Allstate but he's a terrible agent. He even offered me a $50 gift card to talk to someone who would offer me life insurance and he said i don't have to sign up for anything just listen to the guy and answer questions that he gets a bonus for doing that. Unprofessional!!!!!
