Unbelievably, he was at our home in less than 30 minutes. He and his partner set to work and extracted much of the salt water, and then took our carpets to their shop where they finished cleaning, drying, and storing them until we were able to secure warehouse space. Incredibly, they look fantastic. Josh has cleaned our carpets for years and has always done a terrific job. Showing up at our home so quickly in an emergency and basically saving the carpets, which have been in our family for generations, is something for which we will be forever grateful. Our Kitchen Cabinets were over 20 years old and well worn. I wish I had taken before and after…read morephotos. Some of the cabinets were worn to bare wood with no finish. David and Ann totally brought them back to new and the whole job took about two days. One cabinet door was very bad and they took that back to the shop and it took a little longer but the results are astounding. The entire kitchen looks like we had it completely redone and had new cabinets installed. Instead they simply cleaned and refreshed and resealed the old cabinets. We could not recommend them more highly. I did add some after photos. They also installed all of the knobs and pulls at our request which also transformed the look. If there were a review beyond 5 stars we would give them that.

Larry Manoly came out and assessed the refurbishment of my beloved art deco bed set. He was super…read moreprofessional with his biz embroidered on his shirt. He was super attentive until he got my 3k deposit. He then spent the next 7 months, ignoring my texts and placating me, telling me they were working hard on my furniture, and I needed to be patient. He wouldn't answer me with details when I asked about specifics, and I called in July, leaving him a message saying I was going to rent a truck to come pick up my furniture, and I wanted my money back. He called me and placated me again. I gave him MORE TIME. And in October I was contacted back to say that Larry was very ill with cancer and wasn't going to be able to finish my project. I asked about the state of the furniture to learn that they hadn't even finished removing the veneer off of all the pieces!!! In December, I was told they would be delivering my furniture and only giving me 1k left. I refused that, because not one piece of the furniture was done. They damaged the wooden edges removing the veneer, and brought me back USELESS, way more DAMAGED FURNITURE. I well documented the before and afters and eventually my credit card company returned all of my money because LARRY IS A USELESS GRIFTING THEIF, and they knew it, too. And even though he was SO SICK that he couldn't finish it? He and another man came to deliver the furniture and he was totally fine lifting and bringing everything back. Full head of hair, strong enough, totally fit, enough, to lift everything, looking EXACTLY as he looked when he came to pick up the furniture before he was too sick to do any more furniture. I suspect he lied to me to get out of doing the project trying to manipulate me for my sympathy. Of course I don't know the truth, but stay away from this business. They will rob you and ruin your beloved furniture. They will lie and treat you like you are stupid when you try to hold them accountable. Larry is lucky I'm not taking him to court for ruining my beloved bed set.
