I told him I wanted a company receipt for the service charge and for the amount of the job should he get it (quote) and once I received via mail,I would pay his service charge. I feel he didn't want the job but since he came out he would gouge a service charge out of me. A text message (paper trail) was sent to him requesting the above and he replied no charge,no invoice and get someone else. I would have used "" .
