We paid him a $3,000 deposit. When he arrived to do the work, he insisted on removing trees on the property to get his equipment to the site. Why wasn't this discussed at the initial meeting. (Red flag #2). When we told him we were not going to remove any trees, he became irate and started yelling at me. Very unprofessional language and mannerisms. Anger issues. He reloaded his equipment and immediately left the job. He said he was keeping our deposit for his time and trouble. He quit the job, we didn't fire him. I was appalled at the way we were treated. Stay away from him at all costs. Bad business and customer service.

They solved a problem I didn't expect to be solved: some rooms already had floor strips; I didn't think it and the new strips in the remaining rooms could be made to line up. Luke and Paul lined up the flooring to make it look like it had all been laid down in the same job. Beyond that, they work smoothly and efficiently. They don't look rushed, yet they don't waste time. I imagine Bay View's other crews are just as professional. But next time I call Bay View, I'll ask for Paul and Luke.

Coordinating with multiple rooms on multiple floors with demanding guests wanting to check-in is always stressful but CnC always works through it with us and stands behind their product. They recently did four of our rooms. The first day they were to install they couldn't make it due to one of their installers being sick. The next day, those installers worked their tails off to make it all work and get all rooms done so we could get them back together for the guests checking in. Thank you, CnC team!
