First of all- McKenzie was SUPER conscious of what Jasmine did with with my hair so we could replicate the results for my wedding. She was very knowledgeable (about literally EVERYTHING. She is a great conversationalist, from beginning to end) and gives an amazing cut and color. What I love is the integrity. Yes- I used McKenzie this time because Jasmine was out- but she made sure to honor her coworker and book me with Jasmine next time. I trusted her and told her I wanted to look feminine and just needed an updated look. She gave me a fantastic cut that achieved all of my goals and really complimented my features. I understand that not everybody feels comfortable walking into the space (I don't love feeling like a misfit in a room full of confident babes, either), but once I'm in the chair, I completely forget there's anyone else around; Lauren treats me like an MVP every visit and I genuinely feel like I'm having a conversation with an old friend. Never do I feel judged, nor like I'm boring her or wasting her time. I don't feel forced into uncomfortable small talk since the conversation flows so naturally; she's smart, professional, and sincerely cool. What started out as a "treat" when I was engaged - a blowout before wedding related events - has…read morevery easily become my weekly routine. Morgan has been doing my hair weekly for 3 years now. I have thick hair, and while it was short, it is now very long (down to my waist) and Morgan has not only made me feel gorgeous even on my worst days (and she's seen them!) but the care and attention she gives my hair means it's healthier than ever. I go an entire week between washes, and I work out daily with extensive cardio. Whether she is curling my hair or doing a full body blow out, I always leave loving it.
