Kelley, Luscious lengths owner, is amazing with extensions!! She fixed my not so cute diyed bangs with just a few keratin bead extensions and I loved them. I was hesitant as I had never gotten extensions before and everyone told me they wouldn't help but Kelley reassured me she could fix the bangs. She also adjusted the price since I was mostly getting extensions in the front instead of my whole head, making it more manageable. Kelley placed the extensions right under the bangs which helped them blend and made them nearly invisible when brushed and styled. The extra hair allowed me to finally put the bangs behind my ears since they were about eye length. These extensions lasted me from September to December and I even dyed and cut them twice (at a hairdresser this time, don't worry). If you are on the fence about extentions or want your bangs gone like me I highly recommend Kelley. She is an extremely wise person that you can trust with your hair and money! MUST READ: I just felt the need to update my review since I've continued to go to Kelley for not only eyelash extensions, but hair extensions as well. First of all, Kelley is a fantastic, beautiful, down to earth woman and I am so #blessed that getting my lashes done has sparked a friendship and someone I can confide in! Second, the quality of her work is outstanding. Everyone ALWAYS compliments me on my lashes. She does a wonderful job switching up the style to see what you like most and what works best with your face structure. Also, I haven't gotten my lashes filled since May 16... it's July 1 and I'm STILL getting compliments on them.. they just look super natural and whisky and have not damaged my real lashes. May 16 I also got Tape In extensions (first time, only used clip ins before) and I will never go back to anything else. She is quick and her work is perfect! They still look great, but I'm thinking of getting keralink next. I wish I could give more stars to this facility. Kelley was super accommodating and got me in quickly to have my lashes done. Kelly is a true professional and her personality is very warm and caring. She has so much knowledge on hair extensions. I felt safe in her hands. The space was glamourous, beautiful, and clean. I instantly felt comfortable in her presence because she was offering me coffee and snacks. On that particular day, I had was not feeling well. She went above and beyond to take care of my needs!!! I also had the option of watching Netflix since the hair application for Kera link takes about 4-5 hours. I was also given the option of purchasing my own hair. So, Kelly walked me through the color matching process and recommended Donna Bella Hair. Now, I'm obsessed with Donna Bella hair!! Donna Bella hair, remained silky and didn't snag even after 3 months! As far as maintenance of the hair, she provides instructions on how to take care of your extensions and gives you a hairbrush and option to buy other tools. In Summary, Kelly was awesome, I am a newbie and I made a few mistakes!! She helped me by recommending new techniques. I have extremely fine hair and unfortunately the hair that Kelley recommended was way too heavy for my natural hair and slid out within two weeks. The tape is not adhering and has been giving me a lot of issues. When contacting Kelley, she was extremely busy and could not easily fit me in to replace the pieces that had fallen out. I work in the emergency room as a first responder so my schedule is sometimes crazy. It was not easy to schedule an appt and unfortunately I did not find her to be accommodating. I had to see a hairdresser at a salon to have my hair looked at and a lot of my natural hair fell out due to the extensions being way too heavy. Told me to order my hair through her website when other stylists typically do it for their clients. Also told me she could do extensions and blend my should length hair with it but it ended up looking disastrous. Interrupted our session and asks if she can stop and go outside to smoke weed. She had a poor attitude and was not the nicest. I paid $900 for extensions that ended up falling out after 5 days. My new stylists says the job was done with half effort and a terrible job. At first I was a bit timid about entering a home salon, but after experiencing the comforts of true Personalized service: I will not be going anywhere but here. We entered a designated room, clean, decorated, with a premium salon chair, a 32" tv playing the best chick flicks, with a cute well mannered little Yorkie snoozing in the dog bed. kelly popped in a chick flick, offered me a drink, and got started right away! It took 3 hours to do a full head of extensions over 100 strands, I can't imagine sitting in a noisy salon listening to gabbing mouths and phones ringing in the back ground. Instead I got to sip my drink, enjoy a good movie and some light conversation with a very respectable woman. I am the girl from the picture that was posted last night. I will prefer my picture be removed and to never see this lady again. Kelley staged it, the back of the head was completely empty and she said that's how he famous people wear it. Most awful experience of my life! I would give zero stars if I could. She had no clue what she was doing, she scams you and it is not even a salon it is in her house and she puts you in a room with no mirrors (she didn't want you to see anything) and her boyfriend in the next room. I used 10 packs for fusion and it looks empty I was with her from 12:30pm to 1am and the results were unbearable and horrendous. Went to another salon today to get them removed. They said good thing I went when I did or it would've damaged my hair because they were done all wrong. And they said that there is no way that was 10 packs meaning idk what she did with them. NEVER GO HERE!!!!!, I kept saying this is not looking right and she kept mentioning how she was rated 5 stars on here. I cried in the chair the entire time asking her if she could remove it and she refused and said give it a chance.
