That was Monday 03/16/25.. Not a word. Not even an email. With the no collision or comprehensive, When someone asks for full coverage, Tony said that doesn't mean collision and Comprehension is added. I am an average Joe. I do not know the insurance industry. I hire people to help me guide me thru it. Like any service business. One is hired to help make decisions, with one's many years of experience. He said all transfers had to be initiated by me and through my agent. He said he would not even take me as a client unless I sat down and spoke to my agent. I told him that was good and that I intended to speak with my agent and that I had a lot to think about. Before I even got home he had written my agent, told her I wanted to transfer to his office, and asked her to initiate the transfer. I had an email from State Farm 5 minutes after I left his office saying I had requested to switch agents. At no point did I tell him I wanted to or was ready to switch to his office. Starting out with multiple lies and being deceived did not sit well with me. I had to spend the next three hours reversing the transfer that I never authorized, never initiated, and never asked him to speak on my behalf. Such a huge waste of everyone's time and energy.
