After calling three numbers, this was the first to answer the phone. So I thought I had a winner. Boy was I wrong. I gave an employee (I forget her name, but it was a woman) all the info necessary. She said she'd get back to me that same day, or at the latest, the following day. Three days later, I had to call her. This made it pretty obvious the company didn't want my business or my money. She said she "couldn't find a market" for what I needed. Okay, what does that actually mean? "It means there is no market," according to her. This explained literally nothing. I legit had to use Google to figure out what that meant in plain English and how to proceed from there, because she clearly wasn't interested in helping me. I then called the insurance company directly, and thirty minutes later, had a policy effective that same day. So clearly this agency didn't work very hard to "find a market" for me. Funny how I could find one with one singular phone call, but someone with access to all companies out there couldn't find anything. Which is sad. I tried to help support local by going through an agent, but it just didn't work. Customer service and insurance agents working for you are a dying breed, and clearly that concept really is dead here. Would I return here? Absolutely not. In fact, if I need insurance companies again in the future, I'm returning to this review just to make sure I don't waste my time with this agent ever again. It's disgusting when companies make it hard to support local.

But that is also due to them putting there personal charge of an unknown insurance company on the rig you use as collateral . This may be the worst place ever to get your taxes done...personal and business…read more Why do you go to a CPA? - Because of thier knowledge base, right? So, why is it when I ask questions that they do not have the answer to, I get billed in excess of $200.00 an hour for them to research? -Becuase they look out for your best interests, right? Not here. On my taxes they were making assumtions that were incorrect, and then bill me to explain what the heck happened. - Because they are fair, right? Yes, you guessed it, not here! I asked a question about including some donations made...and got billed over $500 for them to do research...and this is on a $200 donation, that would have maybe saved me $20 in taxes. So, I end up getting all my tax returns amended and pay to get it done. The new accountant did it in record time and charged nothing in comparison to this CPA firm. I could go on and on....but all you really need to know is you should not go here. P.S. Get this, they charged me to look for my phone number that they lost.
