We purchased a home with DeAnna in 2022. We did not feel Deanna advocated for us as buyers. We had submitted an offer with an escalation clause, and DeAnna had us submit a new offer with the highest escalation price without providing proof of the competing offer (despite us asking many times.) On the final walkthrough, almost nothing that had been agreed-upon had been done: the house was FILTHY, junk/items from the sellers were left all over, repairs were not made, sump pump was broken (although DeAnna told us it had been replaced and brand new), railings hadn't been replaced, etc. When we asked DeAnna about recourse for these failings, she advised us nothing could be done (though we did ultimately get a $1000 credit after delaying closing and refusing to sign, which we did that against DeAnna's advice.) We never heard another word from DeAnna after closing - no follow up, thank you, etc. After reflecting and hearing others' experiences with their realtors, we realize this whole process should have gone much differently.
