I am a single person and make a decent living but this is Chicago land. Very difficult to find a home in an affordable price range on a one income household that is livable and not complete garbage. About two days later he sent me a text at 8am of a house that literally just hit the MLS. We had an appointment set within 10 minutes for the next day. He was right! When I walked in...I knew.
