Izzy could not have tried harder or cared more about attaining the desired resolution. I'm giving 5 stars for the 5 star effort she put forth on my behalf and likely anyone who is fortunate enough to be paired with her for assistance. You can pay anyone to do a job, you cannot pay a soul to genuinely care. Izzy cares. Izzy cared about my burden as if it were her own. Izzys kindness, diligence and professionalism, etc. stood out in a way you DONT SEE MUCH OF THESE DAYS. The branch is fine but NFCU is privileged to have her on their team. Izzy would be an MVP at any bank whose standards are "Excellence. Always. No Exceptions". Any bank would deliver excellence with her on their team. NFCU and customers like me is who she chooses to give her best to and I'm grateful for her efforts.
