We have closed many deals together; however the last 3-4 deals I have lost thousands of dollars behind this company. Keep in mind they are the MIDDLE MEN and do not really fund any deals in house. In the beginning the communication was great, the updates on my loans were great. Then here recently for the last 8-9 months everything did a complete 360. I am unsure if its due to the owners Pedro and Dennyse also being real estate investors or what; but you literally have to hunt them down for updates. I have expressed my dissatisfaction with their communication more then a couple times, and it gets better for a couple days; then goes right back to crap. Ive had to call over 5x and send emails before I can get a response back to simple questions and concerns when it comes to my deals. I wait and wait and wait for documents he says is going to come and they never do. Not only do you feel neglected; you also feel ignored more times then not. I think the company has grown way too fast too soon. In the beginning the communication and the deals closed with a breeze; however now Its sad to say I don't think I will ever use their company again due to the simple lack of communication and even the attorneys we've worked with on deals with Campos Capital have been so appalled and baffled by their lack of response and lack of care. If you don't mind the element of surprise; wondering if or when your deal will close give them a shout. I personally can no longer continue to live on the edge wondering if a deal will close; after being told the deal is "a solid deal"

Bill responded immediately to our inquiry about a possible mortgage with him; he quickly worked up a loan estimate that included the estimated escrow and estimated taxes, insurance and assessments. He was very accurate in estimating the loan costs. He then offered, without our asking, an alternate estimate based on a higher down payment that eliminated the need for "PMI" Mortgage Insurance. PMI is not a benefit to the homeowner so its elimination was appreciated. During the closing process his Team helped us coordinate all the documents that were needed, and the final process wrapped up without a hitch which was super important to us as we were moving from NH to Maryland and were in transit during those final hours and they were in touch with us every step of the way. Bill also followed up this week, one month after our closing, with an application form for a Homestead Tax Credit, and even included a stamped return envelope for us to get that into the mail quickly.
