It has been horrible dealing with this company the past few months. The driver, Larry, even called…read moremy mother directly in her hospital room today, posing as a representative of Soonerride, to complain that she didn't cancel her dialysis ride and to stop wasting his time, griping and bullying her the entire time. She's having a heart procedure! Larry steals rides/patients from other transport companies like Pelivan, and is argumentative and hateful. I had to transport my mom to dialysis one morning, no one showed up. Larry was told when he arrived late that we already had her taken care of for the day. He proceeded to drive 40 minutes to the dialysis center and hang out, and tried to steal her when she was finished, stated to her that I had left already and he was her ride! He loaded her up in his van and i made him release her, and threatened to call the sheriff. Larry transported her this past October and she was out for over 4 hours that morning, and was late to dialysis. He wasn't supposed to be her driver that day, it was Pelivan! They showed up at normal pick up time and no one knew where she was. She almost missed her chair time. The dialysis center had to make him leave and he got into an argument match with other drivers in the center parking lot. Besides Larry, the company does NOT communicate with patients, facilities and drivers. It's always a surprise, they never call ahead of time and verify pickup times, and are angry and hateful when they show up and the patient has left already. They don't understand standing reservations, either. Very unprofessional and scary, beware of Scary Larry and this company.

Worst experience of my life. They were (the owner, Thimotee Ilbado), was one hour and twenty…read moreminutes late to pick us up in a van that would start and stop all the way there. At times we could only go 30 miles or less an hour and had to continually move over to the side of the highway driving that slow and I thought we were going to be killed by oncoming vehicles. It took us over an hour to get to our appt. which had to be rescheduled. It's usually a 15-20 min drive. He said they were late because the van he was driving overheated and he had to go back to his shop to get the van he picked us up in which was certainly not road-worthy at all. He never even apologized for not calling us. I plan on calling SoonerRide, Motive Care and the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint and to request that they NEVER send anyone from that company to pick us up again. This was the OWNER of the company that picked us up in this vehicle that should have never been taken out on the road much less an expressway.
