These guys know their stuff! I've contacted them a number of times over several years with washer and dryer issues. They have been able to tell what the problem is over the phone. It saved us time and money and we knew where we stood. They've kept a great old dryer of ours going for years with minimum cost and been able to source the right parts. As well as repairs to white goods, Dean's offers a large range of second-hand washers, dryers, fridges and freezers. Though second-hand, all their goods have been serviced and repaired until as good as new and come with a warranty. They are also dirt cheap; I bought a washing machine 2 years ago for $300 from here and have not had a single problem with it since. They can deliver to the southside for free and for a small price to the northside if you ask very nicely. No effort is required on the buyers part-I called wanting a small washing machine for around $300 and they delivered, carried up three flights of stairs and installed one for me within the week. Well Dean, I rang you today fri-29/5/15 at 3pm needing a service on my daughter-in-laws washer,I thought at first you were a little rude on the phone but put it down to Friday afternoon;you said you would get a pen to write down the address and then realised that it was not far from your location,you were then abliging by letting me know that you would be there in 1hr,soooooo were still waiting?you must make a lot of money....because you don't feel the need to interrupt your busy life to let other busy working people with 2 little babies that you don't need there hard earned cash. thank-you for letting me find a very happy Asian tradesperson who didn't mind the lateness of the call I made tonight,and the cash he picked up. Thanks Dean. We had a vague idea what was wrong with our fridge, and he gave us a replacement part, agreeing this was more than likely was the problem. Gave us simple instructions to change the part (my partner is pretty handy and it wasn't dangerous to do it ourselves), and we fixed it ourselves. What we thought could be a replacement fridge ended up costing a small fee. So nice to find an honest Tradesman who isn't out to rip you off. Would definitely recommend. AAA+++ read more
