Having been told it would be ready Friday, I stopped by to pick it up only to be told it wasn't ready and they weren't sure when it would be, but to come back the next day. To cut a long story short we didn't pick it up until Monday. I say it often: it's the little things that make a difference and it was just a little too "we don't care" for me. Perfect for the drop in/pick up drive through service and for a busy professional these guys would be a decent choice.

I believe if more people knew just how good the service and quality of workmanship was here all of the other alterations businesses would soon be out of business. I often come here and ask If I could get my pants/jeans etc altered within the hour and irrespective of how busy they are they always achieve this without a hassle. They are always friendly and accommodating and I have never been disappointed with the result, on top of that they offer some of the cheapest alterations around. Even the more complex and time consuming alterations like those associated with suiting and leather goods they seem to do it with ease and for an exceptional price.
