Once we were checked in, they had us pull our truck around to wait for a tech to have us pull our truck in the bay. There is a small waiting area inside where we waited while the work was done. We were there a couple of hours. It's a bit of a walk on a hot day if you want to go up to the main building, so we stayed put. It took a couple of hours and we were on our way. Good service. Good price compared to going to a dealer.

About 5am I was awoken by a young female on the loudspeaker instructing the owner of a car attached to a trailer to move it immediately.
