He is irresponsive and slow in repair, disrespectful and made up lies to cover his mistake. Here are the evidence. 1. In spring 2017, there was a plumbing leak where water was pouring from the ceiling in my master bedroom. I called his emergency number, nobody picked up the phone. I emailed him the photo and videos of the pour, he didn't reply until two days later. Don't forget, that was an active leak of pouring water, not slow dripping. However, he claimed and boasted he can be reached 24/7 is emergency maintenance. His emergency number never ever worked, so as his regular number, at least in my attempts to reach him. 2. He had my name spelled wrong in all account statements and emails for 3.5 years. When I called it out, he did not apologize, didn't acknowledge the mistake, but lied by saying the wrong name is on the title of the property. The title I have clearly shows the correct spelling of my name. I asked him to show me the title that has wrong name, he didn't reply. Stay away from him.
