She's very smart and quick to figure out the best way to handle a fitting issue and the results are always just perfect. (Was going to ask if she could get it done in a quick turn around) I put the dress on for her, and she immediately ripped the tag off my dress without asking me. Now I can't return it. She took in all the measurements, and went to ring me up and told me I had to pay before she did the work, which I was fine with. She told me it was $60 to take in a little at the chest area. The dress fit perfectly except up top. $60 is more than I paid for it... and now I can't even return it because she ripped the tag off. My boyfriend also came her a couple months ago and paid $40 to take in a pair of pants... rip off. Will not be back and will not recommend to anyone.

Really disappointed with their customer service…read more Sure their prices are great, but you don't get what you pay for--and in that case the value is terrible. I've ordered shirts from them several times and ran into the same issues repeatedly: slow turnaround, little-to-no communication, prices differing between initial quote and final, and on the latest batch of shirts the colors are markedly off. I went in to tell them I am disappointed with their lack of communication, the drastic difference in color from what I ordered to what I received, and the fact that the shirts weren't ready when they were supposed to be. I basically got the, "Well that's how she goes, tough luck." This is not how you do business, and this is not how you treat customers. Take your money elsewhere.
