I have tried getting in contact with my agent (Charles Collier) multiple times to let him know things or with questions on our policies. He is never in the office and has never returned my phone calls. I just found out our policy is still pending processing and was informed by my bank that I got an auto loan through that they will start charging me for insurance as well since Farm Bureau and Charles Collier haven't provided proof of insurance.
