Eric started us on our recovery journey. Credit score in low 400's I started by getting loans on our vehicles to pay on our credit report. Which he pulled report walked me through what to do step by step to get us on a better path. In six months,came back Eric was busy this time and another wonderful ladies worked on refinancing me I had screwed up at Xmas and overspent. She got me to pay overdrafts and payed off one of my two loans now I was down to one loan and in good standings again. Two months later came in to apply for secured credit card to help with my credit score. Once again a different ladies.( I APOLIGE I DIDNT REMEMBER THEIR NAMES. )The specialist not only worked to get me unsecured credit card she explained more finance to me. I couldn't believe three people, every time I came in such wonderful knowledgeable people were helping me. I was now sitting in 8 months time with a credit score 690. I'm on my way to buying a home again. With my 15 surgeries never thought this would be possible again. I was so impressed I sent my daughter to them who has had two bad marriages and is trying to go back to school and get back on her feet. Eric once again came to the rescue. Created miracles for her. They…read moredidn't just fix the mistake -- they made sure we walked away better off than we would have been. People are human, accidents happen -- what matters is how people own them when they do. They did right by us. We drove away in an objectively better vehicle and we will be back and will be sending everyone we know their way. Special thanks to Lizet, Brandon, JT, and Jaydon We found our dream vehicle, got approved, built a full deal with our trade-in, and showed up to sign -- only to find out it had already sold the DAY BEFORE we ever expressed interest in it. The GM apologized and we genuinely appreciate that -- but we have still not received a resolution. My advice to anyone shopping here: make sure the vehicle is actually sitting on that lot BEFORE they run your credit. I hope to update this review with a resolution soon.
