When we were ready to buy, I called John and made arrangements to visit Marco Island and view properties. When we finally met in person, it was obvious that he is extraordinarily organized, well-prepared, and has such a nice way about him that he made the process easy and less stressful. We were able to look at about 15 properties in a single day due to his thoughtful planning. He told us which properties he thought were priced properly, which ones he thought needed too much work given the price, and offered advice about how to negotiate.
