We went inside and asked and lady said "we don't do that here" and to go to CVS. I asked why don't you do it here and she said very loudly and rude "CAMERA NOT WORKING". That's when I told her she should remove the sign in front. My recommendation is to not go here ever. Lady was rude. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Reply: It's clear that the owner is not reading what I posted, and clearly wasn't there. Because I never asked for an application for a new passport, I went in respectfully and asked for passport pictures, and I got a negative response immediately. She respectfully could have told me that the camera wasn't working at the moment instead of yelling it to me. The owner Trinity is not holding herself accountable. Instead she is lying and put a twist to my story. I hope this business does better soon, because given the reviews that I am seeing, everyone has had a negative experience here.

I went in for my photos: professional and helpful staff, knew just what I needed (even had the photo specifications memorized). The store has a good set-up for taking the photos, and the clerk printed them right away, cut them to size, and added a legible date and store stamp. The whole process took maybe 15 minutes, walk-in! Recently, I've noticed what seems to be new staff, or maybe just people I hadn't met before and they've been incredibly friendly and helpful! One great tip: if you need to print a label but don't have a printer at home, just email it to yourself. When you arrive at this location, they'll provide you with their email address so you can forward the label to them and print it there. It's a simple and smooth process, and they're happy to guide you if you need any assistance. Based on my experiences, everything here has gone smoothly. Also there are plenty of parking nearby so it is not an issue.
