He gave me the number of "Flo" his rental agent. I told her I had a little over a month to find a place but if we found one I would take it just for the peace of mind. In the 5 or 6 week period "Flo" contacted one, 1 time to see a place which fell thru and EVERY SINGLE TIME I had to contact her to remind her that it was getting close to my lease deadline. MAJOR LACK OF COMMUNICATION and ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD for the client WHO IS PAYING YOU A MONTHS RENT. I know it wasn't because of a lack of available rentals because as I was looking on various rental apps I've seen her contact info pop up several times leaving to wonder why I haven't gotten a call.
