Then I find out 3 months after closing that she sends a flyer to my entire neighborhood advertising what I paid for my house. We live in a small village and I have young kids and are very private. This is beyond humiliating and I should have at least been given the courtesy of a heads up or permission. The flyer could have gone out with the word SOLD and not the amount. Avoid RK at this brokerage firm at all costs.

I found out later that my house didn't sell for a long time. It was staged also for that reason. I am SURE she knew this, she just wanted to make a sale at the risk of my happiness.
