They set up a phone call with Massimo to help me out with a financial issue related to stock options from my former employer. Massimo has always been an utmost professional - he has listened to all of my concerns, always offering honest and helpful advice. There was even a follow up bill related to the same issue mentioned before, and Massimo was able to spot an error the IRS made, cutting our amount owed in half! I contacted the Tax hardship center in January. I paid them in January. I haven't heard from them since. No one returns calls or answers messages. This company stole my money and left me in worst shape. It is now July and they haven't even filed the current year's taxes. RUN! Don't walk as far as you can. Do not give this company any money. My only alternative at this point is to file a fraudulent charge with my credit card. If that doesn't work then I will have to sue them in court.
