I would Classify Debra Kukulski as a tip to tail Realtor. Meaning she can take a buyer that has no knowledge of the steps of a home buying experience and walk them through it with ease and provide them with the contacts to move forwards in all aspects of the home purchase. She provided many resources and personal referrals for service that we used and benefited from. The previous relationship she has with Attorney Christine Rogan was evident and that was just another confirmation of how smooth she was making this process. Along with the Home buying knowledge was her communication. The fact that she used emails and texts was great for us, and the really important information she would leave a detailed voicemail if needed. One big asset that she wields is her ability to really listen and pay attention to the buyer during the walk through of a property. There were multiple times we left a property and she already had the questions ready for the seller's agent that she gained from just listening to us talk about the property. Her follow up with other sellers agents and even the lawyer was phenomenal. She has a real knack for staying on top of things. Lastly, her speed of getting documentation to me was great and she always pushed for the Home Warranty. During this process, she had a little saying which I've found myself even using in my personal life which is "It doesn't hurt to ask". I never really thought of it that way before and thanks to Deb for imposing that thought upon us.
