A bird got inside and died there. The smell was awful. We had to disassemble all vents in order to remove dead bird and disinfect pipes. New paint is chipping already. Words just cannot describe all the hell we have been through. From the unpleasant closing experience till now I try to understand how far people could go to lie and make a profit on someones expense. Be extremely careful when you will deal with remodeled/flipped house by Gold and Azen Realty. It might look nice on outside, however, there will be a lot hidden problems behind the walls. Water leak in the basement, crawl space, lower level. Check the roof, attic, garage. Get a very good inspector. Even better, get all the history what was done in this house. There is a difference on what permit was issued for and what was really done after inspector left. Warning! Do not fall for new appliances, Samsung has many recalls. Warning! If basement is finished and has carpet on the floor-run away! If they tell you they have other offers, walk away. Unfortunately, I didn't. Then the pool that they always use as the main reason that you should pay so try Community fees and rent is almost always dirty , under maintenance, or closed . Then even if your heat goes off 28 times and one night they won't replace your furnace for 2 years and you'll freeze every night for 2 Winters. Then they will try to charge you for carpet and paint when you leave , even though the county there and requires the repaint after every tenant and replace the carpet every 4 years , and if the carpet was almost black even though it was beige when you move in , it is in need of replacement if you have been there almost 3 years . So once again illegal charges harassment and filth .
